This  120 m²residence  is located on the first floor of the building, it is very comfortable, bright, with beautiful decoration and offers incredible views

as from both the inside of the house and the two covered verandas the visitor sees the Ionian stretching out before his eyes. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-dining area and can accommodate up to 9 people. Two out of the three bedrooms have one double bed while the other one has a pair of twin beds. In the living room there are two sofas that convert one into double and the other into a single bed. There is a TV, air conditioning, washing machine, electric iron, linen, essentials and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, barbecue and all necessary cooking items.
